June 20 - No Paxil
1 week
AHHHHHH!
Withdrawal…
Nauseous. Dizziness. Difficulty running(!!). Fatigue (all time). Chills/hot flashes. Achy. (flu? Or paxil-flu?) Nightmares. Muscle cramps.
Extreme mood swings. Emotions my a high. Crying, crying, crying. Irritable. Jumpy, fear. Anger. Depression.
Blah.
2 week
Better. :)
No nightmares. Minor muscle cramps. Still tired. Still nausea. Little dizzy. Still emotion wacky. I not crazy. I pray. God helps. A lot.
Nathan said, “I like you more now. You’re more like me, uptight and opinionated.”
Numbness is Paxil.
Before off of the Paxil, fear of depression with no Paxil. After off of the Paxil, glad no numbness. I feel more vivid.
Happy. :)

I was on Paxil also for about 6 years. I went through the same withdrawals when tapering off.
Really?? Wow. I had no idea.
